HeroNet SIM card Service Policy

Service Plan

  • 5GB Plan ¥ 3,850/month
    *In times of congestion, your data might temporarily be slower than other traffic.

Plan Change

  • If you would like to change the plan, please cancel the current plan and apply for the new service.

Payments Due

  • First month fee will be prorated and will be paid on the day you sign up for the contract.
  • ¥3,000 (¥3,300) of activation fee and ¥10,000 deposit will be charged together with initial monthly fee.
  • Monthly payments method is through card payments only. The monthly fee will be charged through your registered card every 16th of the month. If the 16th is on weekend or holiday, it will be charged on the following business day.
  • If the payment is not made within the week after the 16th, the account will be cancelled immediately. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
    Please note that ¥10,000 deposit will not be refunded if the sim is not returned on the termination day.
  • If a customer leaves the country for business trip or vacation, please make sure your card is still activated during those period. A customer is responsible for updating payment information when there is a change on the current registered one.

Suspension/re-sign up

  • We do not accept suspension of service under any circumstances. Please terminate the service when PCS-ing or deploying.
  • If you lost the sim card while on vacation or deploying, your previous deposit of 10,000 yen will not be refunded and on top of that we will have to take a new 10,000 yen deposit for your new sim card

Cancellation

  • A customer is required to visit HeroNet office on the preferred termination date. Termination request through email or phone is not accepted.
  • The SIM card is leased and need to be returned to HeroNet at the time of the cancellation. If the SIM card is not returned, the deposit of ¥10,000 will not be refunded.
  • The final month service must be paid in full amount at our office when the contract is terminated. Please note that the final month will not be prorated.

Data Speed

  • Data speed may slow down depending on each individual usage.

If an excessive amount of data is used in a short period of time, please note that there will be a chance of the speed slowing down.
