HeroNet Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged together with the last month’s charge if canceled within a year. (one-year-contract customers only)
If you paid the deposit for a modem, the deposit will be refunded to you when you return the modem.
The monthly fee for the final month WILL NOT be prorated. If canceled in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will be charged in full amount.
