(ExpressVPN) is installed in HeroNet VPN router. VPN provider may modify, update or suspend the operation of services at anytime without notice. We cannot guarantee a full access of regionally blocked contents of your choice. Please check VPN provider for more information.
You may sometimes experience slower internet connection through U.S. VPN router.
Payment
VPN router rental fee of ¥2,000 (¥2,200 tax included) will be added to monthly bills.
Theft, Loss, and Damage
All customers are required to report any loss or damage caused during the rental period of the VPN router to HeroNet immediately and follow instructions given afterward. Any of those cases will result in the incurrence of additional charges stated as follow.
