HeroNet Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged together with the last month’s charge if canceled within a year. (one-year-contract customers only)
If you paid the deposit for a modem, the deposit will be refunded to you when you return the modem.
The monthly fee for the final month WILL NOT be prorated.
Customers residing in Misawa City, Oirase Town, Rokunohe Town, Tohoku Town, and the Shariki area cannot use this online cancellation form.
