Customer must return the pocket Wi-Fi on the day of installation.
Please return it to Marufuku personnel.
Customer who rents a Pocket Wi-Fi router as Bundle plan
Please return it to Marufuku personal when you cancel the Internet contract
Theft, Loss, and Damage
All customers are required to report any loss or damage caused during the rental period to HeroNet immediately and follow instructions given afterward. Any of those cases will result in the incurrence of additional charges stated as following.
