In order to reduce the risks of spreading novel coronavirus and protect safety of our customers and staff, we are going to adjust office hours as follows.

Our staff will contact you for payment registration and installation arrangement once we receive your information. Please provide your valid E-mail address and phone number.

2. Cancellation Request

We ask customers to notify us at least 30 days prior to cancellation date. Once we receive your information, we will send you further instruction of the cancellation procedure.

Mobile Internet Service – SIM/Mobile HotSpot

After you submit the form, we will send you contract information and will schedule an appointment to pick up your SIM card/ router.
