This cancellation form is intended only for customers residing in Kyoto.
Customers living in Aomori Prefecture are not eligible to use this form.
If you live in Aomori Prefecture, you are required to visit our office in person to return your modem.

After you submit the form, we will send you contract information and will schedule an appointment to pick up your SIM card/ router.
2. Cancelation
We currently cannot accept online cancelation request for mobile Internet services. Please visit HeroNet office to cancel your mobile Internet services.
