1. New Contract (Home Internet)
Our staff will contact you for payment registration and installation arrangement once we receive your information. Please provide your valid E-mail address and phone number.
2. Cancelation Request (Home Internet)
We ask customers to notify us at least 30 days prior to cancelation date. Once we receive your information, we will send you further instruction of the cancellation procedure.

Mobile Internet Service – SIM/Mobile HotSpot
1. New Contract
After you submit the form, we will send you contract information and will schedule an appointment to pick up your SIM card/ router.
2. Cancellation Request
We currently cannot accept online cancelation request for mobile Internet services. Please visit HeroNet office to cancel your mobile Internet services.
